  4. I gave it for 10/10. I am really confuse on what is really this Metabolic Cooking. I really don't want to try it. But, when I read this blog post yesterday. I bought it immediately due to a beautiful girl recommendation in twitter.
    I never thought that I can able to find a cookbook that can really help me. I also lessen my time in going to the grocery store because I have the lists that I need to buy. Since, I am not cooking. The ingredients are very simple to find and they are not many.
